We are looking for an experienced Process Leader for a greenfield project in Presov.

Your job duties will be:

• Responsibility for the correct setup of processes in the production of automotive parts and components.

• Creation of manufacturing procedure methodology, technical documentation and setting up of control mechanisms in order to achieve the most efficient production cycle.

• Analysis of all parts of the production cycle in order to optimize the production process.

• Introduction of new working and production procedures in order to achieve the highest possible labour productivity.

• Working closely with the quality control department, company technologists and production manager.

• Tracking and reporting the most serious errors and deficiencies in production processes and suggesting improvements.

• Finding new solutions to improve production processes, reducing working time, complexity of individual production operations, downtime, risk of errors and accidents. Process Manager should be familiar with process of injection, wrapping, vacuum forming in automotive field.
