Plant Quality Manager
Edgar Baker is seeking for our client an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance requirements within the automotive industry, particularly within car manufacturing or Tier1 suppliers.

- Manage the quality assurance department, including quality control and quality administration, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality management systems based on international standards such as IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.
- Promote and guide educational and practical activities related to the Toyota Production System (TPS) within the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless quality processes throughout the supply chain.
- Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, FTA, statistical quality control methods, etc., to drive process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
