Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Are you a master in marketing? Then we have a great opportunity for you! We’re seeking a highly motivated CMO to lead the team of marketing experts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the team, introducing creative yet data oriented targets to establish a solid brand image and dominating the biggest and more challenging markets in the region – namely Poland and Romania.
What are the expectations?
• Managing a highly efficient internal marketing team (including hiring)
• Help with freshly kicked-off project to marketer a hybrid experience with our physical shop(s)
• Help to build a strong position with branding campaigns (YouTube, etc).
• Understand the business processes and setup ambitious targets and KPIs to further grow and optimize channels
• Build strong content oriented plan to educate the target group with advantages and challenges of the industry
• You can utilize your network for advice, co-operations or possible synergies
• You are ready to work in extremely fast-paced challenging environment and get your hands dirty whenever needed
• You are excited to be part of a meaningful project solving a valuable problem, influencing the lives of millions
